Q : When do I need to order my stationery?
A : Ideally, you should order your stationery as soon as you know the date of your wedding. We can take at least 10 weeks to complete an order, from approval of samples. Remember that you will also need enough time to send your invitations out to your guests and get the replies back and to arrange seating plans and numbers.
Q : When should I send out my invitations?
A : This depends on which part of the year your wedding will be taking place. Invitations should be sent out to your guests 8 - 12 weeks before your wedding day.
Q : How long does it take to produce each order?
A : All orders will take approximately 8 - 10 weeks from approval of proofs, unless your order is required at short notice. In this case we will confirm the completion date to you.
Q : Do you accept orders from anywhere outside of the uk?
A : At the moment we do not, but this will be changing in the near future.
A : Payment can be made by cheque or by Paypal.
Q : If I have not ordered enough cards can I order more at a later date?
A : We recommend that you order extra cards in addition to the number you need. Further orders can be made for any of the wedding items, but please bear in mind that the colours may vary slightly from your original order. While we will make every effort to ensure colours of additional orders do match, we can not guarantee this.
Q : My invitations are needed urgently would you be able to help?
A: We will make every effort to fulfil any stationery requests, although this does of course depend on the quantity and timescale of the order. If you do urgently require your stationery, please contact us by email with: your name, the date your order is required, the quantity and design you have chosen. We will contact you upon receipt of your request and will arrange a completion date.
